Considerations
- Stake does not support third-party deposits. This is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism (AML/CTF) Financing laws. Please ensure that your name on the remitting account precisely matches the Stake account holder's name.
- You'll be able to withdraw or transfer your funds once the original deposit has been fully processed and settled in our system. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
- To support a transaction made on Stake, you may be asked to provide additional documentation, information or payment receipts and confirmations. We can only release your funds once we've received and verified any additional documents we've asked for. This is to ensure the security of your funds and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised behaviour.
- Like all regulated financial service providers, to uphold regulatory standards and safeguard your funds, Stake or our Service Partners may, at times, place restrictions on deposits or withdrawals. This helps us ensure that all transactions are legitimate and that your account remains protected. If you have further questions regarding this, you can get in touch with our support team here.
- Stake does not support BPAY, AMEX, international wires, in-person branch transfers (i.e. Cash Deposits) or cheque payments.
- Processing fees: Credit card deposits incur a 2.5% processing fee. Debit card deposits incur a 0.5% processing fee.
If you have further questions, please reach out to our support team here.
