Market opening hours
Trading the AUS Markets
Normal trading hours on the ASX are between 10:00am and 4:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) from Monday to Friday. The ASX is closed for all national public holidays throughout the calendar year. Orders will not be executed on those days.

At Stake you can place limit and stop orders anytime. A limit order placed out of market hours is placed in a queue and is submitted during Pre-Market Open at 7:00am on the next trading day.
Market orders can only be placed between 10:00am and 4:10pm AEST.

The U.S. equities market opens at 9:30am and closes at 4:00pm, U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDST). All times below are in that time zone. You can use a Time zone converter to confirm how that translates to your local time at any point of the year, depending on daylight savings.
