U.S. stocks & ETFs
Stake Wall St gives you access to broad investing opportunities on the world's largest markets. Invest in a range of security instruments including shares in individual companies, OTC stocks, ETFs and more.
Shares you can invest in or trade
On Stake, you can directly invest in 9,500+ securities listed on major U.S. stock exchanges such as the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Nasdaq. Browse through all the U.S.-listed equities available on Stake here.
There are also 200+ American Depository Receipts (ADRs) of global companies currently available on Stake. You can learn more about ADRs and how they work here.
Over-The-Counter (OTC) stocks
Over-The-Counter (OTC) stocks are securities that aren’t traded on major exchanges like the NYSE or Nasdaq. Hundreds of them are available on Stake Wall St. OTC stocks can only be traded using a Limit order type (not Market or Stop orders) and you can’t own a fractional amount of an OTC stock on Stake. To learn more about OTC stocks, click here.
ETFs
Exchange-traded funds are financial instruments that will often track a sector, index or other underlying asset and can be traded on a stock exchange like any typical stock. These securities allow investors to gain exposure to a wider collection of sectors/securities without having to buy into the underlying securities one by one.
Types of ETFs available on Stake include:
- Equity ETFs
- Commodity ETFs
- Bond ETFs
- International ETFs
- Sector ETFs
- Smart Beta ETFs
- Passive ETFs
- Active ETFs
- Currency ETFs
- Inverse ETFs
- Leveraged ETFs
All investments carry some financial risk and you should always conduct your own research before investing in any security.
