Stake Accumulate Fund
What is the Stake Accumulate fund?
The Stake Accumulate Fund is a managed investment scheme, a type of investment where your money is pooled with other investors and managed by a professional investment manager.
How does the fund work?
The fund operates as an Australian unit trust, registered with ASIC, where investors' funds are pooled together and managed according to the investment strategy and objectives of the fund. The rights of Unitholders and the operation of the Fund are governed by the Fund’s Constitution and this PDS.
What is the fund structure?
The fund has two classes of units: Class A and Class B. Class A units are open to retail investors and offered under the terms of the PDS. Read the PDS for more information.
What is the "target return"?
The target return is the fund's objective to provide unitholders with distributions (after all fees and expenses) equal to the RBA cash rate plus 2% per annum. There is no guarantee the fund will achieve its objective, so the target return may not always be met.
Is the target return guaranteed?
The target return is not guaranteed. The fund’s objective is to deliver the target return, however it is not guaranteed. The fund's actual return may be lower than the target return in certain circumstances. The fund’s past performance is not a reliable indication of its future performance.
Who is the "Investment Manager"?
The Investment Manager is the entity responsible for managing the fund's investment portfolio in accordance with the investment strategy and objectives outlined in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). Stake is the Investment Manager of the fund and has delegated day to day investment responsibility to GF Asset Management Pty Ltd (GFAM), a specialised fixed income investment firm based in Sydney, with a particular focus on corporate credit. GFAM has significant experience in managing credit portfolios and aims to deliver attractive risk adjusted returns. You can read more about GFAM in the PDS here.
