Reports for Stake AUS
Account summary report
We've made reporting for Stake AUS simple and comprehensive.
On the Stake app: tap More > Tax & documents > Account summary report.
On desktop: click Menu (top-right icon) > Tax & documents > Account summary report.
Your Account summary report will be sent in either PDF or Excel (.XLSX) format. You can also select a specific date range for the data in the report.
The PDF contains visual insights into your holdings, their portfolio weightings, and the respective industries through coloured pie charts.
If you want to analyse the data more carefully, the Excel (.XLSX) version has you covered. In it you’ll find multiple tabs:
- Summary - account overview with a glossary at the bottom
- Trades - all trade activity with quantity, price and value
- Estimated Dividends* - a summary of estimated dividend payments
- Cash Transactions - deposits, withdrawals and net trade settlements
*Estimated dividends may vary from actual dividends received, due to potential tax obligations to the ATO. To view your gross and net dividends and tax withheld and franking credit information, you’ll need to register/log into the respective share registries associated with your holdings and view your dividend statements directly. Learn more about dividends and their tax implications here which should be checked with a tax expert.
Please note, this information is correct at the time of publication and is not intended to be advice. We recommend you obtain independent and professional advice regarding your personal tax implications.
Portfolio Report
The Stake AUS Portfolio Report is available in addition to the account summary report. This document is useful if you want a simple view of your open positions (holdings), cost basis and current value at a given point in time.
This report can also be generated in PDF and Excel format for your convenience.
Contract notes/trade confirmations
For each completed trade, you’ll be emailed a contract note that displays all the relevant and important trade details, including quantity, ticker, price and value.
You can also download your contract notes in PDF format from Tax & documents > Trade confirmations.
