Withdrawals
How do I withdraw my cash balance?
You can withdraw funds from your available cash balance (this may differ from your buying power). Any recent deposits, transfers or proceeds from sell orders need to clear first – this usually takes 2–3 business days. Once your funds are cleared:
Withdrawing your cash balance on the Stake app
Go to Manage > Balances > Withdraw
Withdrawing your cash balance on the web
Click the Wallet icon > Withdraw
Choose to withdraw from your available AUD or USD balance
Then:
Enter the amount you want to withdraw
Select the bank account you want to send it to
To add a new account, tap Edit account and follow the prompts. The bank account must be in your name
Review the withdrawal summary
Verify the request with the PIN sent to your phone or authenticator app
Confirm your request
A few things to keep in mind
One linked bank account: For your security, you can only link one bank account to your Stake profile at a time. To change it, remove the old one and add a new account.
Names must match: The name on your bank account must match your Stake account. Withdrawals can’t be sent to third-party accounts.
AUD only: All withdrawals are paid to your external account in Australian dollars (AUD).
Double-check your details: Incorrect bank info can cause delays or lost funds. Stake isn’t responsible for errors in the bank details you provide.
Extra security checks: We may occasionally contact you for additional verification to keep your account secure. Keep an eye on your inbox.
Processing times may vary: Estimated timeframes are a guide – actual timings depend on your bank and any verification steps required.
