Risks, policies & compliance

Are there any risks?

Yes, all investments carry inherent risks. The value of your investment will fluctuate, and there is no guarantee that the fund’s objective will always be met. When considering any investment in a managed investment scheme, it is important that you understand:

  • the value of investments can go up and down;
  • the level of returns can vary, and future returns may differ from historical returns;
  • returns are not guaranteed, you may not receive any distributions, and you may lose some or all of the money you invested in the Fund;
  • past performance is not necessarily indicative of future performance;
  • distributions are dependent on the performance of the Fund, which may vary;
  • laws affecting registered managed investment schemes may change in the future;
  • the appropriate level of risk for each investor will vary depending on a range of factors, including age; investment time frames; where other parts of the person’s wealth are invested; and the investor’s risk tolerance.

Before making an investment in the Fund, you should consider the risks of doing so, whether the Fund is appropriate for your individual circumstances, and if necessary, seek professional advice.

You should read the PDS, consider the specific risks of the fund, and consider whether the fund is appropriate for your individual circumstances and if necessary seek professional advice. Read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) here for more information on risks.

What are the fees?

The total management fees and costs for the fund is 0.87% (incl. GST and net of RITC) per annum of the net asset value of the fund.

This is made up of a management fee of 0.51% per annum and estimated fund expenses, which are capped at 0.36% per annum. The management fees and costs are accrued daily and paid from the fund's assets, influencing its overall value. The fund will also incur transaction costs in buying and selling underlying investments (estimated to be 0.1% per annum), which are also paid from the fund's assets and affect its value. There are no deposit or withdrawal fees. Please read the PDS here for further detail on fees.
