How do I upgrade to Stake Black?
To upgrade, go to Account > Stake Black in the app or on web. From there, you can choose to activate:
Stake Black Wall St
Stake Black AUS
Or the combined pack for both markets
How is Stake Black charged?
Stake Black is billed via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You’ll be prompted to enter your payment details at the membership screen, with the option to pay monthly or yearly.
If you have a Company, SMSF or Trust account, you can also use available cash in your trading account to pay for your membership.
Each Stake Black membership is linked to a specific account - not the individual user. So if you have multiple accounts (e.g. an individual account and a trust account), you’ll need to purchase Stake Black separately for each one.
What happens if my card is declined?
If your card is declined on the billing date, we’ll notify you in the app. You’ll have seven days to top up or update your payment details.
If payment isn’t received within that time, your Stake Black membership will be automatically cancelled.
