How can we help?

Transferring money out

Transferring money to your AUD balance

On the Stake app, go to the Accumulate home screen and select Transfer.
On the web, go to the Accumulate home screen and select More actions > Transfers.
Transferring money out means redeeming, or selling, your Stake Accumulate units. Requests submitted by 11:59 pm AEST on a business day receive that day’s valuation. See the PDS for more information.

Transfer processing times

Funds are typically available as buying power within 1-2 business days and available to withdraw from your AUD balance within 2-3 business days.
Processing may take longer in extraordinary circumstances. See the PDS for more information.

Minimum transfer amount

The minimum transfer amount is $10, or your full balance if it is less than $100.
Requests for more than 95% of your balance will be processed as a full transfer. Due to market movements, the final amount received may be higher or lower than the amount shown when you submit your request.

No minimum investment term

There is no minimum investment term. While the PDS suggests an investment timeframe of three months, you can withdraw your money at any time. There are no exit fees.

Cooling-off period

If you are an eligible retail investor, you may have a right to a cooling-off period of 14 days, during which you can withdraw your investment and receive a refund, adjusted for any changes in the net asset value (NAV) and applicable fees.
