Earning a Wall St reward
Fund your Stake Wall St account for the first time to earn a free U.S. stock reward. Choose your stock from the current offer, then claim it in the Rewards tab. We'll buy your reward and add it to your Wall St portfolio.
Earning your first funding reward
- Open your Stake Wall St account.
- Add at least US$50 to your Wall St account within 24 hours. You'll see the current reward offer before you fund.
- Once your funds arrive, your reward will be ready to claim in the Rewards tab.
If you start a bank transfer within the 24-hour window and the funds arrive a little later, you'll still qualify.
Reward offers
Reward offers change from time to time. The offer shown in the app will tell you which stocks are available and the reward amount.
Some offers include a set amount of a single stock. Others let you choose from a selection of stocks with a reward of up to a certain amount, with the exact value revealed when you claim.
Claiming your reward
On the Stake app
- Go to Manage.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right.
- Select Rewards.
- Tap Claim reward.
- Choose your stock from the available options.
On Stake web
- Go to Profile (top right).
- Select Account & settings.
- Open Rewards.
- Select Claim reward.
- Choose your stock from the available options.
Your reward value will be revealed and your stock purchase will be processed.
Reward values in USD
Reward offers are displayed in your local currency. Because your reward is a U.S. stock, it's purchased in USD. You'll see the USD value when you claim it.
Receiving your stock
Your stock will arrive in your Wall St portfolio within one Wall St trading day of claiming. Until then, it'll appear as 'Arriving soon' in your Trade tab.
Reward offers after they've changed
You'll receive the offer that was live when you earned your reward, even if you claim it later.
For referral rewards, this is the offer that was live when your friend funded their Wall St account.
Claiming your reward is optional
You don't have to claim your reward. You can claim or decline it from the Rewards tab.
By claiming your reward, you accept the Stake Wall St Rewards Terms and Conditions.
