How do I reset my password?
If you forget your Stake password, resetting it is easy. Follow the steps below to get back into your Stake account:
- Go to hellostake.com or your Stake App on your mobile device
- Select 'Forgot password?' on the app or 'Forgot my password' on the web
- Enter your email address (ensure you’ve selected the right region)
- The password reset code will be sent according to the type of 2FA you have set. For example, SMS, an authenticator app or email.
- Go back to Stake and paste the code in the 'Reset code' box
- Enter a new password in the 'New password' box and confirm this
If you don’t see the code:
Wait a few minutes – delivery can be delayed
Make sure you’ve checked your email inbox, text messages or any authenticator app.
Check your junk or spam folders
