Internal transfers process
You can choose the speed you receive funds through denomination-to-denomination transfers from within your Stake account balances (FX conversion between AUD and USD).
Below you will find settlement timeframes for each transfer speed:
- Regular: Funds are credited to your AUS account as buying power usually T+1 after Stake receives confirmation of an initiated transfer.
- FastFunds: Funds are instantly credited (as buying power for trading) to your AUS account after Stake receives confirmation of an initiated transfer. Please note there is a 0.5% surcharge for this method.
FX and Speed fees can apply when withdrawing from your Stake Wall St account or transferring funds between accounts. Please check out our pricing PDF for a detailed breakdown of our fees.
The applicable exchange rate that you pay will be the rate at the time the funds are received (rather than when they are sent by you).
If you have further questions regarding the internal transfer, you can get in touch with our support team here.
