Stake Dinner Club Price Terms & Conditions
Overview
The ‘Stake Dinner Club Prize”' promotion is run by Stake Ltd (New Zealand). The program provides one (1) individual with the chance to win two (2) tickets to Stake Dinner Club 2023 and US$250 cash credited to their Stake account.
To participate, individuals must agree to these Stake Dinner Club Prize terms and conditions.
Promotion Period
The “Stake Dinner Club Prize” promotion period is from the date the Stake Dinner Club Prize email is sent by @hellostake until 11.59 pm, 8 February 2023 (NZDT).
Eligibility Criteria
In order to qualify for this promotion you must complete the Stake survey received via email from @hellostake within the Promotion Period.
If you have met the above eligibility criteria, you will be entered into the draw for the chance to win two (2) tickets to Stake Dinner Club 2023 and US$250 Stake cash for their Stake account.
Winner Selection
Within twenty four (24) hours of the end of the Promotion Period, the Stake Marketing Team will select one (1) winner by random draw. The winner will be contacted via email by @hellostake.
Stake will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If a winner is not able to be reached within 3 days of Stake’s initial message to the winner, the Stake Marketing Team will select another winner at random and reach out to them.
Prize
There is 1 prize available. The prize consists of two (2) tickets to Stake Dinner Club 2023 valued at $20 each and US$250 Stake cash for their Stake account. Tickets may not be exchanged or re-sold.
Restrictions
Entrants are not eligible to set up multiple accounts to claim more than one entry into the draw. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and resident of New Zealand. Stake reserves the right to request information for the purpose of verifying the age, identity or address of the winner.
General
All ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes, transport, additional transfers, additional spending money, in-room charges and any and all other expenses incurred as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Stake shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize or in relation to the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law.
Stake accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Stake assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems.
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Stake may suspend or terminate the Promotion or a user’s ability to participate in the Stake Dinner Club Prize promotion at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values, fraudulent, or in violation of the Stake Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
These ‘Stake Dinner Club Prize’ promotion Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
We can update these ‘Stake Dinner Club Prize’ promotion T&Cs at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website & app which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
