Stake Black Free Trial Promotion Terms and Conditions

Overview

The ‘Stake Black Free Trial’ Promotion is run by Stakeshop Pty Ltd (‘Stake’). The promotion provides existing Stake customers with the option to access Stake Black, Stake’s pro membership with additional trading tools, for free for one (1) month (‘Promotion’).

Promotion Period

The Promotion is ongoing until cancelled by Stake in its sole discretion.

Eligibility Criteria

For Stake customers who do not have Stake Black as at the commencement of the Promotion Period, you must meet all of the following during the Promotion Period to qualify for this Promotion:

1. Receive an invitation to participation in the 'Stake Black Free Trial' promotion via (i) email communication; (ii) in-app messaging; or (iii) in-app product or widget offering.
2. Sign up for a Stake Black membership of your choice: either (i) Stake Black AUS, (ii) Stake Black Wall St, or (iii) the combined membership (note: you can upgrade your membership during the free trial to enjoy the upgraded membership for the remainder of the free trial period); and
3. Provide your payment details. Your payment method will not be charged at the end of the free trial if you cancel your Stake Black membership at any time prior to the end of the 1 month. 

Reward

If eligible, you will be granted access to the applicable Stake Black membership for 1 month from the date you made the election/signed up. If you elect to use any of the Stake Black memberships, the Stake Black Terms and Conditions apply.

Canceling a Free Trial

You may cancel your free trial at any time during the 1 month free trial period and your payment method will not be charged. Once you cancel your free trial, you will lose access to the trial Stake Black membership immediately. 

Ongoing Stake Black Membership

If you do not cancel your free trial to your selected or subsequently upgraded Stake Black membership during the 1 month free trial period, your payment method will automatically be charged the applicable Stake Black account fee at the frequency initially selected. 

Restrictions

The Promotion is available to Australian customers only. An individual may only redeem a free trial pursuant to this Promotion once. Customers are not eligible to set up multiple accounts to claim more than one free trial.

Termination and Changes

Stake may suspend or terminate the Promotion or a user’s ability to participate at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove a reward if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values, fraudulent or in violation of the Stake Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

Severability

If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Updates to the terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website and app which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
