Stake Super Crypto and Precious Metals Promotion T&Cs
Overview
The ‘Stake Super Crypto and Precious Metals Promo’ (‘Promotion’) is run by Stake SMSF Pty Ltd. The Promotion provides an opportunity for customers to receive the Stake Super Plus package (normally $2,490 per year) for the current price of the Stake Super Property package ($1,690 per year) for a duration of 3 years.
To participate in the Promotion, customers are required to accept and be bound by these promotional terms and conditions, which apply in addition to the Stake Terms and Conditions and Stake Super Terms and Conditions.
Promotion Period
The promotion period commences at 12:01 am on 03/11/2025 and ends at 11:59 pm on 30/11/2025 (AEST).
Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible for the Promotional Package, individuals must:
Complete a Stake Super application to set up a new self-managed super fund (SMSF), or transfer an existing SMSF to Stake Super; and
Enter the promotional code ‘cryptometals25’ upon application; and
Pay the first application fee within the promotion period; and
Initiate a first deposit into the SMSF within 90 days of the application payment date
Please note, the Promotional Package back cannot be used in conjunction with any other Stake Super promotion.
Promotion
Eligible customers will be able to receive the Stake Super Plus package (normally $2,490 per year) for the current price of the Stake Super Property package ($1,690 per year) for a duration of 3 years. At the end of the 3 years, the customer’s annual fee will return to the regular price of the Stake Super Plus package and return to being subject to any price changes to the packages.
Timings
Following the establishment of the new customer’s SMSF has been set up, the customer must initiate a first deposit. This must occur within 90 days of the initial application payment date. Once you have fulfilled all criteria, the customer will be eligible for the extended services.

Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate the promotion or a user’s ability to participate in the promotion at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove promotions if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values or code of conduct, fraudulent, or in violation of the Stake Terms and Conditions and Stake Super Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming the reward pursuant to this promotion can change at any time.
Update to the Terms
These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute arising out of them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website, which is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
