Stake AUS $0 Brokerage Promotion Terms and Conditions
Overview
The ‘Stake AUS $0 Brokerage’ promotion (‘Promotion’) is run by Stakeshop Pty Ltd. The promotion provides eligible existing Stake customers who are invited by Stake to receive $0 brokerage on up to 10 ASX trades during the promotional period.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions in addition to the Stake Terms and Conditions.
Promotional Period
The promotional period commences on the date that you receive the email invitation or in-app communications from Stake to participate in the Promotion, and ends at 11:49pm on the 30th calendar day after receipt of the invitation.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible for the Reward, you must be contacted directly by Stake through email or in-app communications to participate in the Promotion.
Reward
Eligible customers will receive $0 brokerage for up to 10 ASX trades for any trades up to $30,000 for the promotional period.
Limitations
Any trades above $30,000 will be subject to Stake’s standard ASX brokerage of 0.01% of the trade value.
After the 10th eligible ASX trade, the applicable brokerage fee will be $3 per trade up to $30,000 or 0.01% per trade at $30,000 or greater.
The Reward is not transferable and will be applied automatically to your eligible Stake Aus account by Stake. Any unused portion of the Reward will expire at 11:59pm on the 30th calendar day after you have been invited to participate in the Promotion. Rewards are not transferable or deferrable.
Eligible customers funding their Stake Aus account participating in this Promotion are still subject to funding fees where applicable, please see our payment methods pricing.
Restrictions
Stake customers are not precluded from participating in other promotions such as the Stake Aus Rewards under the Stake Aus Rewards Terms and Conditions. The Reward may not be earned by creating multiple Stake Accounts.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination
Stake may suspend or terminate in whole or part this Promotion or a user’s ability to participate in this Promotion at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Rewards if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values, fraudulent or in violation of the Stake Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all Reward activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website & app which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in Stake Rewards after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
