StakeMates Promotion Terms & Conditions

Overview
The ‘#StakeMates' promotion is run by Stakeshop Pty Ltd (Australia) ('Stake'). The program provides two (2) customers with the chance to get USD$250 in free stock each.
To participate, customers must agree to these #StakeMates terms and conditions.
The #StakeMates promotion period is defined as 7 days from the date the #StakeMates competition post is posted on Instagram by @hellostake.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to qualify for this promotion you must:
Follow @hellostake on Instagram;
Comment on the #StakeMates post with (1) your answer to the question contained in the caption, and (2) tag a friend;
Share the #StakeMates post to your story; and
Ensure that you and your tagged friend each have an active Stake Wall St account within 7 days after the promotion ends.
If eligible, you will be entered into the draw for the chance to win US$250 stock for yourself and US$250 stock for your tagged friend.
Before opening any Stake account and choosing to invest, please read the relevant terms and conditions and consider whether it is appropriate for you.
Winner Selection
Within twenty four (24) hours of the end date of the promotion, the Stake Marketing Team will select one (1) winner based who has the most creative answer. The winner and their tagged friend will be contacted via Instagram comment and direct message.
Stake will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner and their tagged friend to confirm their Stake accounts which the prize is to be deposited in. If both the winner and their friend are not able to provide their Stake account details within seven (7) days of the promotion ending, the Stake Marketing Team will select another winner and reach out to them and their tagged friend instead.
Prize
The winner and their friend will each receive USD$250 of a free stock in their Stake Wall St account.
Restrictions
Customers are not eligible to set up multiple accounts to claim more than one entry into the draw. For the avoidance of doubt, only 1 entry per person under this promotion is allowed.
This promotion is also not available to Non-Individual accounts (SMSF, Company and accounts) and minors.
No Affiliation with Instagram
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating in this promotion you agree to release Instagram from all claims.
Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
Stake may suspend or terminate the Promotion or a user’s ability to participate in the #StakeMates promotion at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values, fraudulent, or in violation of the Stake Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
Legal & Updates to the terms
These ‘#StakeMates’ promotion Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
We can update these ‘#StakeMates’ promotion T&Cs at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website & app which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
