Stake Black Blend Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Stake Black Blend Giveaway (‘the Promotion’). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, in addition to the Stake Black Terms and Conditions and Stake Terms and Conditions.

Promoter

The promoter is Stakeshop Pty Ltd (ACN 610105505) of ℅ BDO, Level 11, 1 Margaret Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 (‘Stake’).

Promotional Period

The promotional period is from 12:01 am, 17 April 2023 (AEST) until 11:59pm, 12 May 2023 (AEST).

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must be over 18 years of age and have satisfied the eligibility criteria for one of the following promotions: 

1. New Stake Black Member Giveaway Terms
2. Existing Stake Black Member Giveaway Terms

All eligible customers will be entered into the random draw to win the prize.

Prize

The prize is an exclusive Stake Black package comprising:

1. A$250 credit in your Stake account;
2. Stake Black merchandise including a mug, t-shirt and tote bag; 250g coffee bag and
3. A Breville Barista Espresso Truffle Black coffee machine.

There are three (3) prizes to win. Only one individual can win one (1) prize. Each prize pack is valued at approximately A$900. Stake will make reasonable efforts to provide the winner’s preferred t-shirt size, subject to availability. 

The prize may not be exchanged, re-sold or transferred for cash. Stake shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms restricts, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law.

Winner Selection

Within one (1) week of the end date of the Promotion Period, the Stake Marketing Team will randomly select the three (3) individual winners from the total pool of eligible entrants. The winners will be contacted directly by email to arrange delivery of the prize to the winner. 

Stake will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within two (2) weeks of the end date of the Promotion Period, the Stake Marketing Team will select another winner at random and contact them to arrange delivery of the prize. 

Selection of the winners by Stake is final and not subject to review.

Restrictions

The Promotion is available to Australian customers only. One entry per Stake Black customer.

Termination and Changes

Stake may suspend or terminate the Promotion or a user’s ability to participate at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove a reward if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values, fraudulent or in violation of the Stake Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

Severability

If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Updates to the terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website and app which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
