OVERVIEW
The 'Stake Super Spring $300 Off & Win the Grange Promotion' ('Promotion') is run by Stake SMSF Pty Ltd ('Stake Super', 'we', 'us' or 'our').
The Promotion provides eligible new Stake Super customers with: (1) $300 discount off their first year of Stake Super Annual fee when they apply for a Stake Super Account during the Promotion Period, use the promotional code SUPERGRANGE in the required field in their application and meet the eligibility criteria set out below; and (2) where the customer is an eligible Australian resident aged 18 years or over and not a resident of the Northern Territory or Western Australia, an automatic entry into a prize draw to win one (1) Penfolds Grange 2022, 1.5L magnum in gift box (approximate retail value $2,300 AUD) ('Prize'). Customers in the Northern Territory and Western Australia are eligible for the $300 discount but are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
To participate in the Promotion, customers must accept and be bound by these promotional terms and conditions. These terms apply in addition to the Stake Terms and Conditions and Stake Super Terms and Conditions.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion Period commences at 12:01 am AEST on 8 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
The Promotion Period may be extended or varied at our sole discretion.
ELIGIBILITY
$300 Discount
To be eligible for the $300 discount, customers must:
Be a new Stake Super customer who is or will be a registered self-managed super fund entity in Australia;
Complete an application to either set up a new SMSF with Stake Super or transfer an existing SMSF to Stake Super;
Enter the promotional code SUPERGRANGE into the promo field during the application process. Once entered, the discount will be applied to the Annual fee within the application;
Pay the applicable first-year Stake Super Annual fee by 11:59 pm AEST on 30 September 2026; and
Not use the Promotion in conjunction with any other Stake Super offer, promotion or discount, unless we expressly state otherwise.

The promotional code must be entered during the application process. The discount may not be applied retrospectively if the code is not entered correctly.
Prize Draw
To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, customers must meet all of the $300 discount eligibility criteria above and also:
Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over; and
Not be a resident of the Northern Territory or Western Australia.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of Stake SMSF Pty Ltd and any of its related entities, agencies or suppliers associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
PROMOTIONAL CODE AND DISCOUNT
Eligible customers will receive $300 off their first year of Stake Super annual fee.
The discount will be applied when the eligible customer uses the promotional code SUPERGRANGE and pays the applicable discounted first-year Stake Super Annual fee during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion is a discount applied to the relevant Stake Super Annual fee. It is not cashback, a cash reward, a credit to a Stake Super AUD account, a contribution to an SMSF, or an amount that can be withdrawn or otherwise paid to the customer.
If the promotional code is not entered correctly during the application process, the discount will not be applied and you will not receive the benefit of the promotion.
PRIZE DRAW
Entry
Each eligible customer who meets all Prize Draw eligibility criteria set out above and pays the applicable first-year Stake Super Annual fee during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Prize Draw. No additional purchase or payment is required to enter beyond the actions described above. Entries are not transferable.
The Prize
There is one (1) prize available:
One (1) x Penfolds Grange 2022 Shiraz, 1.5L magnum in gift box Approximate retail value: $2,300 AUD
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other alternative. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
The Draw
The Prize Draw will be conducted on or before 31 October 2026 using a random electronic draw method. Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw. If we are unable to contact the winner within 14 days of first attempting to make contact, we reserve the right to draw a replacement winner.
Prize Delivery and Conditions
The Prize will be delivered to a residential or business address within Australia (excluding NT and WA). Delivery to a PO box or freight forwarding address is not permitted.
As the Prize contains alcohol, the winner must be 18 years of age or over at the time of delivery. The winner may be required to provide proof of age upon delivery. If age cannot be verified, or if delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to draw a replacement winner.
We accept no responsibility for prizes that are delayed, lost or damaged in transit. The Prize is awarded to an individual that the trustee(s) of the eligible SMSF nominates. The Prize does not form part of, and is not a contribution or asset of, the SMSF or any superannuation fund. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery will be made to the trustee(s) in their personal capacity.

Unclaimed Prize
If the Prize is not claimed within three (3) months of the Draw Date, we may, subject to applicable state and territory regulations, conduct a further draw to select an alternative winner.
TIMINGS
TTo receive the discount, and where eligible to enter the Prize Draw, customers must complete their application and pay the applicable discounted first-year Stake Super Annual fee by 11:59 pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
Where the eligibility criteria are met, the discount will be applied at the time of payment. If there are any issues or concerns arising during the application process and the discount is not applied at time of payment, please contact us immediately at smsf@hellostake.com.au to discuss how to remedy the matter to ensure you receive the benefit of the discount.
JURISDICTION
The $300 discount is open to all eligible Australian residents.
The Prize Draw is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Northern Territory: NT residents are eligible for the $300 discount but are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. NT law prohibits alcohol from being offered as the principal prize in a trade promotion.
Western Australia: WA residents are eligible for the $300 discount but are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, that provision, or the part of it that is invalid, void or unenforceable, will be struck out and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
TERMINATION
We may suspend, vary or terminate the Promotion, or a customer’s ability to participate in the Promotion, at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to withhold, reverse or remove a discount if we believe a customer has engaged in activity that is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values or code of conduct, fraudulent, or in violation of the Stake Terms and Conditions or Stake Super Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to review and investigate all activities and to modify, withhold or remove discounts in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
UPDATES TO THE TERMS
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the updated terms on the Stake website. The modification will be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Promotion after any modification will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
