‘Fund More Get More’ Promotion Terms and Conditions

Overview

The ‘Fund More Get More’ promotion is run by Stakeshop Pty Ltd (‘Stake’). The promotion provides existing Stake customers with the ability to fund their account in consecutive months and receive free access to Stake Black, Stake’s pro membership with additional trading tools (the ‘Promotion’). By participating in this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Promotion Period

This is an ongoing promotion that Stake may make available to select customers from time to time. The Promotion will be available from the date you receive an invitation until such time as Stake decides to withdraw the Promotion. Stake will notify you in advance of closing the Promotion.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the reward each month during the promotional period, you must be invited by email directly by Stake to participate in the Promotion.

If we have invited you to participate prior to 5 July 2023, you must add funds to your Stake account as set out below by 11:59pm by the last day of each calendar month consecutively:

1. fund your Stake Wall St Account with at least US$2,000; or

2. fund your Stake AUS Account with at least A$2,000; or

3. complete 1 and 2 above (fund both your Stake Wall St and AUS Accounts).

Which accounts that you fund will determine which Stake Black subscription you receive as your reward.

If we have invited you to participate from 5 July 2023 onwards, you must fund your Stake Wall St Account with at least US$2,000 by 11:59pm by the last day of each calendar month consecutively to be eligible to receive a Stake Black Wall St subscription as your reward each month.

If you fail to meet the eligibility criteria in any given month, you will no longer be eligible to participate in the Promotion in future months. For example, if you fund your Stake Wall St account with $2,500 in March, $500 in April and $2,300 in May, you will receive the reward for the month of March only and from April onwards you are no longer eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Reward

The reward is a free subscription to Stake Black for one calendar month, unless explicitly stated otherwise in any promotion offer.

If you meet the eligibility criteria by funding your Stake Wall St Account, you will receive Stake Black Wall St. If you are invited to participate prior to 5 July 2023 and you meet the eligibility criteria by funding your Stake AUS Account, you will receive Stake Black AUS. If you are invited to participate prior to 5 July 2023 and you meet the eligibility criteria by funding both your Stake Wall St and AUS Accounts, you will receive the Stake Black combined subscription, which gives you access to Stake Black for Wall St and AUS. 

If you are eligible for the reward, you will receive access to the applicable Stake Black subscription by the second business day of the month immediately following the month in which you qualified for the reward. If you elect to use any of the Stake Black memberships, the Stake Black Terms and Conditions apply.

Restrictions

The Promotion is available to Australian customers only. One reward per person per month. Customers are not eligible to set up multiple accounts to claim more than one reward.

Termination and Changes

Stake may suspend or terminate the Promotion or a user’s ability to participate at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove a reward if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values, fraudulent or in violation of the Stake Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

Severability

If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Updates to the terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website and app which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
