Overview
The ‘Stake Super Dec ‘23 $0 brokerage promotion’ is run by Stakeshop Pty Ltd. The promotion provides 10 $0 ASX trades per month for 12 months (in line with restrictions listed below) to new Stake Super customers that sign up and pay during the promotion period.
To participate, customers must agree to these ’Stake Super Dec ‘23 $0 brokerage promotion' terms and conditions in addition to the Stake Terms and Conditions and Stake Super Terms and Conditions.
Promotion
The promotion period commences at 00:01am on 5 December 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on 31 January 2024 (AEDST).
Eligibility Criteria
In order to qualify for the incentive, individuals must have either partially or fully completed a Stake Super application however NOT paid prior to the commencement of the promotion period.
In order to be eligible for the incentive, the eligible individuals must complete a new Stake Super application to set-up a new SMSF and pay within the promotion period listed above.

Reward
Eligible customers will receive 10 $0 ASX trades per calendar month for 12 months and a $150 discount off Stake Super’s first annual fee.
The date the $0 ASX brokerage commences will be within 10 days of the customer’s SMSF trading account being activated by Stake Super.
The $150 discount only applies to Stake Super’s first year annual fee.
Restrictions
This offer is only available for new Stake Super customers setting up an SMSF for the first time who had previously began an application but did not go through with finalisation of their application. Customers with an already established SMSF who are looking to transfer their SMSF to Stake Super are not eligible for this reward.
10 ASX trades per calendar month with $0 brokerage is available for any trades up to $30,000. Any trades above $30,000 will be subject to Stake’s standard ASX pricing of 0.01% of the trade value, minus $3.
If more than 10 eligible ASX trades are placed in a calendar month, the 11th trade and any above will be subject to Stake’s standard ASX pricing.
At the start of each calendar month you are eligible for the Reward, you will have access to another 10 $0 ASX trades in line with the above restrictions.

Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate the promotion or a user’s ability to participate in the promotion at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove rewards if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Stake’s brand values, fraudulent, or in violation of the Stake Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming the reward pursuant to this promotion can change at any time.
UPDATES TO THE TERMS
These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute arising out of them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
Updates to the terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Stake website, which is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
