What the Accumulate fund is
Accumulate is a managed income fund: an investment scheme where investors’ money is pooled and managed by a professional investment manager.
How the fund works
The fund operates as an Australian unit trust, registered with ASIC. Investments are pooled and managed in line with the fund’s strategy and objectives. The operation of the fund and the rights of its investors are governed by the fund’s Constitution and the PDS.
Fund structure
The fund has two unit classes: Class A and Class B. Class A units are available to retail investors under the terms of the PDS.
Target return
The fund aims to deliver returns (after fees and expenses) equal to a range of the RBA cash rate +1.5-2% p.a. This target is not guaranteed.

Investment Manager
The Investment Manager is the entity responsible for managing the fund's portfolio in accordance with the strategy and objectives outlined in the PDS. Stake is the Investment Manager and has delegated day-to-day investment management to GF Asset Management Pty Ltd (GFAM), a Sydney-based firm specialising in fixed income and corporate credit.
