Switch to ASX e-statements

You can opt in to receive CHESS statements by email in your Stake account.

On the app
Go to Manage → Account → Settings → Trading → ASX letters → Select ‘Email’

On the web
Go to Profile → Account → Settings (left sidebar) → Trading → AUS registry letters → Select ‘Email’

Once your request is processed, the ASX will email your login details for their statements portal (subject: ‘ASX CHESS Statements - Registration’). You can also visit asx.com.au/statements for more info.

After you’ve set up your account, you’ll get an email each time a new statement is available.

Make sure you activate your CHESS statements via the ASX email – this portal is managed by the ASX, so we can’t access it for you.

Even with paperless selected, you may still receive some mail for security reasons, like updates to your details.
