What is the VanEck FTSE International Property (Hedged) ETF (REIT)?
REITs or real estate investment trusts are companies that own or finance income-producing real estate across a range of property sectors.
REITs own many types of commercial real estate including office and apartment buildings, warehouses, hospitals, shopping centres, hotels and commercial forests.
With REIT ETF, you can access to a portfolio of approximately 300 international REITs diversified by country and sector providing exposure to commercial, healthcare, retail, office, industrial and other sectors not available in Australia.
