The Company is focused on electric solutions for customized and ruggedized fleet applications, battery and microgrids, solar and critical power technology and services. The Company’s segments include Electric Vehicles, Solar Development, Sustainable Energy Solutions, Critical Power Services and Corporate Office. The Electric Vehicles segment is represented by Tembo e-LV B.V. (Tembo Netherlands) and Tembo EV Australia Pty Ltd (Tembo Australia), (in combination Tembo), a specialist battery-electric and off-road vehicle company delivering electric vehicles (EV) for mining and other industrial customers globally.
