Hersha Hospitality Trust is a self-advised real estate investment trust (REIT) in the hospitality sector. The Company owns and operates luxury and lifestyle hotels in coastal gateway and resort markets. It has approximately 25 hotels totaling 3,811 rooms are located in New York, Washington, District of Columbia, Boston, Philadelphia, South Florida, and California. The Company’s portfolio consists of 22 wholly owned limited and full service properties with a total of 3,392 rooms, one hotel owned through a joint venture with a total of 115 rooms, and interests in two limited service properties owned through joint venture investments with a total of 304 rooms. These 25 properties, with a total of 3,811 rooms, are located in California, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania. The Company operates under brands owned by Marriott International, Inc. (Marriott), Hilton Worldwide, Inc.
