It’s official. Rocket Lab is landing on the Nasdaq. The Kiwi satellite company is expected to merge with Vector Acquisition Corp following the August 20 AGM.

What is Rocket Lab?

Founded in New Zealand in 2016, Rocket Lab is a Kiwi success story. The company manufacturers and launches commercial rockets and satellites into space.
