Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is a manufacturer of water management solutions. The Company's segments are Stormwater and Wastewater. The Stormwater segment manufactures and markets high-performance thermoplastic corrugated pipe and complementary products. Its Wastewater segment is a provider of plastic leachfield chambers and systems, onsite wastewater tanks and accessories, primarily for use in residential applications. Wastewater products are used in onsite wastewater treatment systems in the United States and Canada. Its Stormwater products include single all pipe, N-12 HDPE pipe, high-performance polypropylene pipe, StormTech, water quality filters and structures, fittings, catch basins and access boxes. It serves the stormwater and onsite wastewater industries, providing drainage solutions for use in the construction and agriculture marketplaces. Its subsidiaries include Infiltrator Water Technologies, LLC, ADS Ventures, Inc., National Diversified Sales, Inc., and others.
