Canadian Solar Inc. is a solar technology and renewable energy company. The Company is a manufacturer of solar photovoltaic modules; provider of solar energy and battery energy storage solutions; and developer, owner, and operator of utility-scale solar power and battery energy storage projects. The Company operates in two reportable segments: CSI Solar and Recurrent Energy. CSI Solar segment primarily designs, develops and manufactures solar ingots, wafers, cells, modules and battery energy storage products. Its products include advanced N-type TOPCon modules. Its e-STORAGE provides integrated utility-scale battery energy storage solutions, including turnkey and bankable system solutions across various applications, long-term service agreements, and future battery capacity augmentation services.
