Transportation and facilities services primarily consist of trucking crude oil and produced water and transportation and terminaling services of crude oil via the Omega Gathering Pipeline. Its trucking services are centered in the Permian and Eagle Ford Basins. Terminaling and storage products and services primarily consist of two operational crude oil terminaling facilities. These crude oil terminals are industrial facilities that serve as hubs for the storage, handling and distribution of crude oil and petroleum products.
