United Therapeutics Corporation is a biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of products to address the unmet medical needs of patients with chronic and life-threatening conditions. It markets and sells commercial products, including Tyvaso DPI (treprostinil) Inhalation Powder (Tyvaso DPI), Tyvaso (treprostinil) Inhalation Solution (Nebulized Tyvaso), Remodulin (treprostinil) Injection (Remodulin), Orenitram (treprostinil) Extended-Release Tablets (Orenitram), Unituxin (dinutuximab) Injection (Unituxin) and Adcirca (tadalafil) Tablets (Adcirca). Tyvaso DPI and Nebulized Tyvaso to treat pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). Unituxin, an infused monoclonal antibody for the treatment of high-risk neuroblastoma and for the treatment of neuroblastoma after high-dose chemotherapy. Adcirca, an oral immediate-release tablet form of the PDE-5 inhibitor tadalafil. Its THY-100 is in preclinical development for congenital athymia.
