Cohen & Steers Infrastructure Fund, Inc. is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return with emphasis on income. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its Managed Assets in securities issued by infrastructure companies, which consist of utilities, pipelines, toll roads, airports, railroads, ports, telecommunications companies and other infrastructure companies. The Fund may invest up to 25% of its Managed Assets in energy-related master limited partnerships (MLPs) and their affiliates and Canadian royalty trusts. The Fund may invest in foreign securities and emerging market securities. The Fund may invest in securities of closed-end funds, open-end funds, exchange-traded funds and other investment companies. The Fund's investment manager is Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc.
