Trean Insurance Group, Inc. is an insurance holding company. The Company provides products and services to the specialty insurance market. The Company underwrites specialty casualty insurance products both through its Program Partners and also through its managing general agencies (Owned MGAs). The Company also provides its Program Partners with a variety of services, including issuing carrier services, claims administration and reinsurance brokerage. The Company and its subsidiaries are licensed to write business across approximately 49 states and the District of Columbia. It targets a diversified portfolio of small to medium programs. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include Benchmark Holding Company, Compstar Insurance Services LLC and Trean Corporation (Trean Corp). Benchmark Holding Company is a property and casualty insurance holding company. Trean Corporation is a reinsurance intermediary manager and a managing general agent.
