iShares MSCI Thailand Capped ETF (the Fund), formerly iShares MSCI Thailand Capped Investable Market Index Fund, is an exchange-traded fund (ETF). The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Thailand IMI 25/50 Index (the Index). The Index is an index designed to measure broad-based equity market performance in Thailand. The Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The Index is a free-float adjusted market capitalization weighted index with a capping methodology applied to issuer weights so that no single issuer of a component exceeds 25% of the Index weight and all issuers with weight above 5% do not exceed 50% of the Index weight. Components primarily include energy, financial and materials companies. BlackRock Fund Advisors is the Fund’s investment adviser.
