The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of an index that tracks the Barclays US High Yield 350mn Cash Pay 0-5 Yr 2% Capped Index. In seeking to track the performance of the Barclays US High Yield 350mn Cash Pay 0-5 Yr 2% Capped Index (the "Index"), the fund employs a sampling strategy, which means that the fund is not required to purchase all of the securities represented in the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short-term publicly issued U.S. dollar-denominated high yield corporate bonds. The fund is non-diversified.
