Romeo Power Inc. designs, engineers, and manufactures lithium-ion cylindrical battery packs for electric vehicles and energy storage solutions, with a focus on battery innovation, functionality, energy density, safety, and performance. The Company is primarily focused on marketing mobility energy technology for medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles in Classes 4 to 8. Its battery modules and packs are customizable and scalable and are optimized by Company’s battery management system (BMS). Its products include Banyan Module and Menara Battery Pack Series. Banyan is a modular building block consisting of lithium-ion cells in a 21700 format with 10.3 kilowatt-hour (kWh) capacity and over 215 Watt-hours per kilogram (Wh/kg) energy density with integrated active cooling and structural capability, packaging efficiency and thermal management. Its Menara Battery Pack Series is capable of powering a range of commercial vehicles spanning from Class 3 delivery vehicles to Class 8 vehicles.
