The Company operates through two segments: Franchise salons and Company-owned salons. The Company franchises, owns, or holds ownership interests in more than 4,800 locations worldwide. Its franchised and corporate locations operate under concepts such as Supercuts, SmartStyle, Cost Cutters, Roosters and First Choice Haircutters. The Franchise salons segment operates primarily in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. The Company offers a range of haircare services including haircuts, styling and coloring, as well as a selection of nationally recognized professional haircare products.
