Quince Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. The Company is developing a novel disease-modifying therapeutic to address the unmet medical need associated with pulmonary disorders. Its lead asset, LAM-001, a proprietary investigational inhaled dry powder formulation of rapamycin whose differentiated characteristics may permit treatment of pulmonary conditions associated with dysfunctional mammalian target of rapamycin activity. It is evaluating the use of LAM-001 as a treatment for patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD) and for patients with bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome post lung transplant (BOS). It also completed a Phase 2a trial, which enrolled patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension as well as patients with PH-ILD and sarcoidosis associated pulmonary hypertension (SAPH) where it achieved clinically relevant improvement across multiple endpoints, including pulmonary vascular resistance and others.
