The Children's Place, Inc. is a children’s specialty retailer in North America with an omni-channel portfolio of brands with an industry-leading digital-first model. The Company designs, contracts to manufacture, and sells fashionable apparel, accessories, and footwear primarily under its proprietary brands: The Children’s Place, Gymboree, Sugar & Jade, and PJ Place. Its segments include The Children’s Place U.S. and The Children’s Place International. The Children’s Place U.S. segment includes the United States and Puerto Rico-based stores and U.S.-based wholesale business. The Children’s Place International segment includes Canadian stores, as well as international franchisees. Its global retail and wholesale network includes two digital storefronts, more than 495 stores in North America, wholesale marketplaces and distribution in 13 countries through six international franchise partners.
