PowerShares International Dividend Achievers Portfolio seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the International Dividend Achievers Index (the Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in dividend paying common stocks that comprise the Index. These companies have increased their annual dividend for five or more consecutive fiscal years. The portfolio is rebalanced quarterly and reconstituted annually. The Fund invests in sectors, such as telecommunication services, energy, financials, consumer staples, consumer discretionary, healthcare industrials and materials. Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC is the Fund’s investment adviser.
