Ondas Holdings Inc. is a provider of private wireless, drone, and automated data solutions through its subsidiaries, Ondas Networks Inc. (Ondas Networks), Ondas Autonomous Holdings Inc. (OAH), Airobotics, Ltd (Airobotics), and American Robotics, Inc. (American Robotics or AR). The Company operates through two segments: Ondas Networks and Ondas Autonomous Systems. Its commercially available platforms include the Optimus System and the Iron Drone Raider.
