North American Construction Group Ltd. is a Canada-based company. The Company is a provider of heavy civil construction and mining services in Australia, Canada, and the United States. The Company has provided services to the mining, resource and infrastructure construction markets. Its segments are Heavy Equipment - Canada, Heavy Equipment - Australia, and Other. Heavy Equipment - Canada and Heavy Equipment - Australia includes all of aspects of the mining and heavy civil construction services provided within those geographic areas. Other includes its mine management contract work in the United States, its external maintenance and rebuild programs and equity method investments. The Company provides a range of mining and heavy construction services to customers in the resource development and industrial construction sectors. The Company also offers a full suite of services, including contract mining and civil construction services to a blue-chip customer base.
