Nomura Holdings, Inc. is a Japan-based holding company that provides investment and financial services centered on securities-related businesses. The Company operates through four segments. Its Wealth Management segment provides asset management and wealth succession services primarily to individual investors. Its Investment Management segment offers the management and administration of investment trusts and institutional investment funds, as well as investment solutions. Its Wholesale segment provides sales and trading services in fixed income, equities, derivatives, and foreign exchange products, along with underwriting, securities distribution, and mergers and acquisitions(M&A) advisory services. Its Banking segment provides trust banking and private banking services.
