The Fund's investment objective is total return, consisting of capital appreciation and income. The Fund’s global equity strategy generally consisting of approximately 60-80 United States and non-United States equity securities, including ADRs, generally of companies with market capitalizations greater than $2 billion, and may include investments in emerging markets. It invests in various sectors, including communication services, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, financials, healthcare, industrials, information technology, materials, sovereign debt and short-term investments. The Fund's investment manager is Lazard Asset Management LLC.
