About JFR
Nuveen Floating Rate Income Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to achieve a high level of current income. The Fund invests at least 80% of its Assets in secured Senior Loans and unsecured Senior Loans, which unsecured Senior Loans will be, at the time of investment, investment grade quality. The Fund invests at least 65% of its Managed Assets in Senior Loans that are secured by specific collateral. The Fund may invest its Managed Assets without limit in Senior Loans and other debt instruments that are, at the time of investment, rated below investment grade or unrated but judged to be of comparable quality. It may invest up to 20% of its Managed Assets in securities of non‑United States issuers (which includes borrowers) that are United States dollar or non-United States dollar denominated. It may invest up to 5% of its Managed Assets in iBoxx Loan Total Return Swaps. Its investment adviser is Nuveen Fund Advisors, LLC.
