Future FinTech Group Inc. is a holding company. The main business of the Company includes supply chain financing services and trading in China, asset management business in Hong Kong and cross-border money transfer service in the United Kingdom. The Company also provides a brokerage and investment banking business in Hong Kong and cryptocurrency mining farm in the United States. Its supply chain financing service and trading business includes coal, aluminum ingots, sand and steel supply chain financing service and trading business. Its asset management services include equity investment, debt investment, precious metals and currency investment, derivative investment and external asset management services (EAM). The Company's subsidiaries include DigiPay FinTech Limited, Future FinTech (Hong Kong) Limited, GlobalKey Shared Mall Limited, Tianjin Future Private Equity Fund Management Partnership, Future Fintech Digital Capital Management, LLC and Future Fintech Digital Number One GP, LLC.
