Fidelity D & D Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank (the Bank) is the Company’s state-chartered commercial bank. The Bank offers a full range of traditional banking services. The Bank has a personal and corporate trust department and provides alternative financial and insurance products with asset management services. The Bank classifies investment securities into one of three categories: trading, available-for-sale (AFS) or held-to-maturity (HTM). The Company's primary service area comprises the Borough of Dunmore and the surrounding communities within Lackawanna and Luzerne counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania and Northampton County in Eastern Pennsylvania. It provides a full range of banking, trust and financial services to individuals, small businesses and corporate customers. Its primary deposit products are demand deposits and interest-bearing time, money market and savings accounts.
