The Fund seeks investment results that correspond to the inverse of the return of the S&P CME Bitcoin Futures Index. The Index is constructed and maintained by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC. The Index measures the performance of the front-month bitcoin futures contract trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
