About ATCO
Atlas Corp. is a United Kingdom-based asset management company. The Company operates as an independent charter owner and manager of containerships. It charters its containerships under long-term and fixed-rate time charters to various container liner companies. It is focused on infrastructure assets in the maritime sector, energy sector and other infrastructure verticals. The Company operates through two subsidiaries, Seaspan Corporation (Seaspan) and APR Energy Limited (APR). Seaspan is an independent owner and operator of containerships with a fully integrated operating platform. Seaspan’s operating fleet consists of approximately 134 vessels. APR is a mobile gas turbine fleet owner and operator, which provides power solutions to customers, including corporations and government-sponsored utilities. APR offers a fully integrated platform to both lease and operate its fleet, which consists of approximately 850 megawatts (MW) of mobile gas turbines and 550 MW of diesel generators.
