The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund invested primarily in the U.S. midstream energy infrastructure sector, a vital component of the overall oil & gas industry. It strives to generate total return through capital appreciation, a high level of current income, and steady growth in the income stream. The Fund invests in equity securities of publicly-traded master limited partnerships and limited liability companies taxed as partnerships ('MLPs') as well as related general partners. Weightings are based on estimated total return and company fundamentals instead of market capitalization. These volume based businesses are principally involved in the gathering, processing, transportation, and storage of crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids, and refined products and typically generate and distribute substantial cash flow to their owners. They may be well positioned to benefit from future expansion of U.S. energy infrastructure. These investments offer the potential for attractive yields without a strong correlation to interest rates. The beneficial tax features of the Fund include 1099 tax reporting (no K-1s), qualified dividend potential, and quarterly income distributions. The Fund's structure has the potential for the delivery of tax deferred income. Options strategies are used in an effort to enhance current income and manage risk.
